captain erickson

i've been away from this little blog for a while... this year has been fairly busy and not too much time to take photos. 

back in may jared promoted to a captain! he, along with two friends, were lucky enough to be promoted by major general green, the highest ranking ce officer. 

i couldn't be more proud of the man and officer he has become. we really like this air force thing.

2016 wasn't too bad to us. we were forced to move back to the states, but ohio is turning out to be okay. we travelled to some really amazing places, met some really great people and drinks lots of diet coke. and as long as i have mr erickson by my side, i think 2017 will be pretty great as well.

 over the long veterans day weekend we took a road trip with our besties, the lankows to chicago! we literally ate our way through the city and still have plenty of more places to come back to... just to eat. chicago was a beautiful city and i can't wait to go back and explore more!
